An owner of a recording studio here in Hawaii asked me to paint this guitar. It's a replica of one George Harrison of the Beatles played. As I drove away from the meeting, Magical Mystery Tour came on the radio, I laughed out loud at the synchronicity and the instant inspiration. The photo on the left shows a sneak peek of my studio, a small loft space above the main living area where geckos spend afternoons in the sun, my dog Prudence naps at my feet and the daily afternoon fly by of squawking parrots interrupts whatever podcast I am listening to.
